9 Eggs
3 c Milk
1-1/2 ts Salt
1-1/2 ts Dry mustard
1-1/2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
1-1/2 lb Sausage
3 sl White bread
Breakfast Casserole #2 2 Preparation
Brown sausage. Drain on paper towel. Mix together eggs, milk, salt and mustard. DO NOT BEAT. Break bread into small pieces and drop into mixture. Add cheese and sausage.
