Breakfast Shake #2 Preparation
Peel ripe bananas and place in plastic bags, freeze. Yhe frozen banana gives the *shake* an ice cream-like texture If you don”t like bananas, use frozen berries or peaches, these are not as creamy but quite good. Put in blender and blend until smooth.
