Cooking Ingredients for Bride s Casserole Recipe

1 lb Lean ground beef
1 sm Onion; chopped
1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese;
-softened
1 cn (10.75-oz) cream of mushroom
-soup
1 cn (12-oz) green beans -or-
2 c Fresh cooked green beans
1 Jar (2-oz) pimentos;
-drained and chopped
1 ts Salt
Black pepper to taste
1 cn Refrigerated buttermilk
-biscuits

submitted by: sgjg6566@usa.pipeline.com (Julie, Michigan, USA) This recipe was given to me by my husband”s grandmother-it”s simple and good. Brown meat; drain well. Add the onion and cook until tender. Stir in cheese and the soup until well blended. Add the beans, pimentos and the seasonings. Place into a 12 x 8 baking dish. Place the biscuits around the edge of the casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or til biscuits are golden brown.
