2 ts Melted butter
3 ts Flour
1 c Grated mild Cheddar cheese
1/4 ts Pepper
2 c Milk
1-1/2 c Boiling water
5 Chicken bouillon cubes
1 pk Frozen broccoli; (10 oz.)

Broccoli Cheese Soup6 Preparation

In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour and pepper, add milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add cheese.
