2 c Sour cream dip (commercial
-or favorite homemade)
1 lb Broccoli, cut in florets
1/2 lb Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 lb Cauliflower, cut in florets
Broccoli Tree on Sour Cream Dip Preparation
Spread sour cream dip in 1/2 inch thickness on bottom of shallow rectangular serving dish. Arrange broccoli florets in Christmas tree shape, using stalk to form trunk. Garnish with cherry tomatoes to resemble tree decorations. Surround tree with cauliflower florets. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour. Serve with toothpicks.
