Cooking Ingredients for Brown Rice and Cranberry Pilaf Recipe

1 c Chicken broth
1/2 c Orange juice
2 tb Sugar; (optional)
1-1/2 c Minute Instant Brown Rice
1/2 c Fresh cranberries
2 tb Sliced almonds; toasted

Brown Rice and Cranberry Pilaf Preparation

Bring broth, orange juice and sugar to boil. Stir in rice and cranberries. Return to boil. Reduce heat; cover. Simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in almonds.
