Cooking Ingredients for Browned Rice and Pork Chop Casserole Recipe

4 Pork chops; 3/4 thick
1/2 c Raw rice
1/4 c Water
1 ts Salt
1 Onion; sliced
1 cn Beef gravy
Pepper

Browned Rice and Pork Chop Casserole Preparation

Heat oven to 350 F. Trim fat and sprinklw chops with season salt. Brown in non stick frying pan. Remove to casserole. Add rice to frying pan, stir and brown. Stir in gravy, water, salt and pepper.
