6 c All-purpose flour
4 ts Baking powder
4 ts Salt
8 c Sugar
1 cn (8 oz) unsweetened cocoa
-powder

Brownie Mix Preparation

In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cocoa. Stir with a wire whisk until evenly distributed. Put in a large airtight container. Label with date and contents.
