1 Medium onion, sliced
1/2 c Chopped celery
2 tb Fat
2 tb Brown sugar
2 tb Prepared mustard
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 c Water
1/2 c Catsup
1 8 oz can seasoned tomato

Buckaroo Bar-B-Q Sauce Preparation
Cook onions and celery in hot fat till soft and yellow. Add remaining ingredients; Mix thoroughly. Makes 2 cups, enough to barbeque 4 lbs spareribs.
