It goes something like this, but changes according to what is in the refrigerator: Sautee in small amount of broth or water the celery, mushrooms and onion. Add 2 cups vegetarian broth, bring to a boil. Add 1 1/4 cup bulgar wheat, return to a boil, cover and remove from heat. Let stand for about 30 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
