Cooking Ingredients for Bulgur Wheat Pilaf Recipe

3 c Vegetable stock or water
(if using water; add
1 tb Bragg s aminos or soy)
2 c Bulgar wheat
1 Head celery; sliced
1 lg Onion; sliced

Bulgur Wheat Pilaf Preparation

Bring water to boil, add veggies, simmer 5 minutes add bulgar wheat, bring back to boil, cover and simmer 25 minutes, remove from heat and let stand 5 mor more minutes.
