1 cn Tomato sauce
1-1/2 c Raw rice; (1 1/2 to 2)
1 lb Ground meat
1 sm Head cabbage
1 sm Onion
1/2 Bell pepper
1 c Water; (1 to 1/2)
A little butter
Cabbage Meat and Rice Casserole Preparation
