1/2 c Water
2 tb Yellow mustard
3 tb Chili sauce
1 tb Chili powder
1 tb Tabasco sauce
1/4 c Vinegar
4 tb Blackstrap molasses
16 Pork chops

Cajun Bbq Pork Chops Preparation

Mix all ingredients. begin with dry ingredients and then combine with wet ingredients and mix well! Arrange chops ina covered roasting pan or a covered glass casserole dish. Pour sauce liberally over the chops and cook for 1 hr. at 400 degrees F.
