Cooking Ingredients for Cajun Cake Recipe

2 c Flour
1-1/2 c Sugar
1 ts Soda
2 Eggs
1 cn (large) crushed pineapple

Cajun Cake Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; pour into a well greased 13×9 inch pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Leave cake in pan after removing from oven. From <A Taste of Louisiana>.
