Cooking Ingredients for California Marinade Recipe

2 Cloves garlic
1/4 c Olive or salad oil
1 ts Rosemary leaves crushed
1/2 ts Dry mustard
2 ts Soy sauce
1/4 c Wine vinegar
1/4 c Sherry or apple juice

California Marinade Preparation

I do elk once in awhile and this marinade works well with it. cook and stir garlic in oil, add rosemary, mustard and soy sauce. Remove from heat and add vinegar and sherry. Makes 3/4 cup.
