1 sm Onion; finely chopped
125 g Creamery soft cheese; (4oz)
4 tb Milk
Grated rind and juice of 1/2

-cut into strips

1. Cook the pasta following instructions on the pack. 2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and cook the onion for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Stir in the Creamery cheese, milk, lemon rind and juice, half the chives and seasoning to taste. 4. Add the cooked, drained pasta and salmon, mix well and heat through.
