Cooking Ingredients for Candied Pecans 2 Recipe

1 Egg white
1 c Dark brown sugar
1 ts Vanilla
2 c Pecan halves; about 1 pound

Candied Pecans 2 Preparation

Preheat the oven to 225°. Grease a baking sheet. Beat the egg white until stiff in a medium-size bowl. Fold in the brown sugar and vanilla then gently fold in the pecans. Drop the pecans in small mounds (1-2 halves in each) onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container.
