Cooking Ingredients for Amaretto & Almond Muffins Recipe
2/3 c Sour milk
3 tb Melted butter or margarine
1 Egg
1/2 c Amaretto liqueur
1 c Sliced almonds
2 ts Baking powder
1/2 c Sugar
2 c Flour
Amaretto & Almond Muffins Preparation
Preheat oven to 400oF and grease muffin pans. Put the first 5 ingred. into a bowl & mix well, then add the remaining ingred. & blend until just mixed. Put into pans & bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 12. REC.FOOD.RECIPES From rec.food.cooking archives.
