2 tb Cooking oil
1 oz Butter; (25g)
1/2 ts Schwartz Ground Ginger
1 ts Schwartz Garlic Granules
1 ts Schwartz Ground Cinnamon
2 ts Schwartz Ground Coriander
4 ts Schwartz Caraway Seeds
Good pinch Schwartz Cayenne
-Pepper
Salt to taste

Caraway Spiced Potatoes Preparation

Boil the potatoes for about 10-15 minutes until cooked but still firm. Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan. Fry the spices for 2-3 minutes.
