Cooking Ingredients for Amaretto Freeze Recipe
1/3 c Amaretto
1 tb Brown sugar
1 qt Vanilla ice cream; softened
Amaretto Freeze Preparation
Combine amaretto and brown sugar, stirring until sugar dissolves. Process amaretto mixture and ice cream in a blender until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Pour into 6 individual freezer-proof serving dishes; cover and freeze overnight. Makes 6 servings. This can also be spooned into a 2-quart baking dish and frozen. © Copyright 1997 Southern Living.
