Cooking Ingredients for Carrot And Peanut Raita Recipe

2 Carrots; (200 g.)
50 g Roasted salted peanuts;
-(groundnuts)
1 sm Flake; (1 g.) garlic,

1 Green chilli; deseeded and

1/4 ts Salt or to taste; (1 g.)
1 125 gram thi curd
1/2 ts Sugar; (2 g.)
15 g Coriander leaves; chopped

Carrot And Peanut Raita Preparation

PEEL and grate the carrots coarsely. Crush peanuts with a wooden pestle or rolling pin. Mix garlic, green chilli and salt and crush to a pulp. Beat the curd until smooth and stir in the garlic mixture. Add the carrots, peanuts, sugar and coriander leaves (if using) and mix thoroughly. This raita complements almost any meal and can be served as a relish with kababs or pakoras. Converted by MC_Buster.
