4 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1-3/4 c Vegetable oil
2 c Pineapple; crushed
2 ts Vanilla extract
6 c Flour
4 ts Cinnamon; ground
2 ts Salt
2 ts Baking soda
4 c Carrot; grated
2 c Nuts; chopped

Carrot Loaf Cake Preparation

Beat together the sugar and eggs. Add vegetable oil, crushed pineapple, drained and vanilla extract. Beat well. Add flour, ground cinnamon, salt and baking soda, all sifted together.
