Cooking Ingredients for Carrot Marmalade Recipe

3 c Carrots; chopped
1-1/2 lb Sugar
1 lg Lemon
4 Oranges
1 qt Water

Carrot Marmalade Preparation

Run raw carrots through food chopper with oranges and lemons, using coarse knife. Mix with sugar, let stand overnight. Next morning cook until it jells.
