1-1/4 c Corn oil
3 Eggs
3 c Flour
2 ts Baking powder
1-1/2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
2 ts Cinnamon
2 c Grated carrots
Carrot Muffins 2 Preparation
Preheat oven to 345 F. Cream sugar and oil, add eggs one at a time, beat well after each. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
