Cooking Ingredients for Ambrosia Mold Recipe

1 cn Crushed pineapple in juice;
-undrained
2 c Boiling water
1 pk Gelatin powder;sugar free 8
-oz Orange
1-3/4 c Cool Whip Lite®
1 cn Mandarin oranges; drained
1 c Miniature marshmallows
1/2 c Coconut flakes

Ambrosia Mold Preparation

DRAIN pineapple, reserving juice, Add cold water to juice to measure 1 cup STIR boiling water into gelatin in large bowl 2 minutes or until until completely dissolved. Stir in measured liquid. Refrigerate about 1 1 1/4 hours until slightly thickened. STIR in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until mixture will mound.
