Cooking Ingredients for Cathay Coleslaw Recipe
2 c Sliced green cabbage
1 c Sliced radicchio
1 Carrot; grated
1 c Snow peas; cooked crisp

Cathay Coleslaw Preparation
Combine all ingredients, toss well and refrigerate. Just before serving, toss with dressing and season to taste with salt. For dressing: Dissolve 1 tsp dry mustard and 1 tsp dry ginger in 4 tsp rice vinegar. Mix in 2 Tbls vegetable oil, 1 Tbls sesame oil and 2 tsp soy sauce. Converted by MC_Buster.
