Chantilly Cream 2 Preparation

Place the cream and milk into a very cold bowl and whisk together until the mixture doubles in volume. This should take 3-4 minutes. Add the sugar, vanilla, iced water and lemon rind and continue to whisk for another minute. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
