Cooking Ingredients for Cheat Strawberry Pavlova Recipe
1 Pavlova base
100 g White chocolate
4 Punnets fresh strawberries
300 ml Whipped cream
Chopped fresh mint
250 g Caster sugar
Cheat Strawberry Pavlova Preparation
Melt the chocolate gently over a low heat. When melted, brush the chocolate into the middle of the pavlova base and leave to set. Mix the cream with the mint and spread evenly over the set chocolate. Top three punnets of strawberries and add to the pavlova. Dip the remaining strawberries in caramel and garnish around the edges.
