Cooking Ingredients for Cheese Fudge 2 Recipe
1 c (2 sticks) butter, softened
8 oz Pasteurized process cheese,
-cubed
1-1/2 lb Powdered sugar
1/2 c Cocoa
1/2 c Non-fat dry milk
2 ts Vanilla
2 c Coarsely chopped nuts
Cheese Fudge 2 Preparation
In a large saucepan over medium heat melt butter and cheese, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Sift together sugar and cocoa; add to cheese, mixing well.
