6 Flour tortillas
1 c Monterey jack cheese
1 lg Can tuna
6 tb Diced chilies
6 tb Red peppers
6 tb Diced black olives
Salsa
Cheese Quesadillas with Tuna Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. Lay tortilla on large baking pan. Sprinkle layer of jack cheese over half. Sprinkle some tuna over cheese. Dot with 1 tablespoon chili, 1 tablespoon roasted pepper & 1 tablespoon black olives. Fold. Repeat with other 5 tortillas. Bake until cheese is melted, about 10-15 minutes. Serve cut into wedges with salsa. Approximately 6-18 minutes.
