1/4 c Flour
1/4 c Melted butter
2 c Milk
1/2 ts Worcestershire
Tabasco to taste
1 ts Salt
1-1/2 c Grated cheese

Cheese Sauce for Baked Potato Preparation

Blend flour in melted butter; make thick and smooth cream sauce by adding milk gradually and stirring constantly. Season with Worcestershire, Tabasco and salt. Add cheese and stir until cheese melts.
