3/4 c Chopped onion
1 cn Condensed cheddar cheese
Soup (10 3/4 oz)
1 c Frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 c Milk
2 c Bisquick baking mix
3/4 c Water
1 c Cheddar cheese (shredded)
Cheeseburger Bake (Bisquick) Preparation
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Generously grease 13x9x2 baking dish. Cook beef and onion in 10 skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in soup, vegetables and milk. Stir baking mix and water in baking dish until moistened; spread evenly. Spread beef mixture over batter; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 30 min.
