Cooking Ingredients for Cherimoya-Lime Sorbet Recipe

1-1/4 c Pureed cherimoya
1/2 c Fresh lime juice
1/4 c Water
1 ts Honey

Cherimoya-Lime Sorbet Preparation

Puree all ingredients in a blender, pour into a bowl and freeze till solid (2-3 hours). Remove from the freezer and with a fork, break up the sorbet into large chunks. Transfer the chunks to a food processor or blender and process till smooth and creamy. Return to the bowl and freeze for 30 more minutes. To serve, place a scoop into a sorbet glass or onto a dessert dish and enjoy. This recipe can be used as an intermezzo or as a dessert. Serves 4-6. Enjoy! Converted by MC_Buster.
