1 cn (16-oz) tomatoes
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
1 cn Sliced mushrooms
1 c Cooked rice

Cherokee Casserole Preparation
Brown meat in oil. Add onions & cook until tender. Stir in all other ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer 5 minutes. Spoon into baking dish & lattice cheese on top.
