1 lb Fresh sweet cherries with
Stems
Fresh mint leaves (garnish)
Cherries Supreme Preparation
Process ricotta, sugar & allspice in food processor or blender until smooth. Scrape into small bowl. Sprinkle with mint. Serve as dip for cherries.
