2 Squares bittersweet
-chocolate
1 c Butter
2 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c Flour
1 c Chopped nuts; (walnuts or
-pecans)
1 ts Vanilla
Chewy Brownies 2 Preparation
Melt chocolate with butter in a double boiler or on very low heat. Remove from heat. Add sugar and beaten eggs. Stir quickly. Fold in flour, vanilla, and nuts. Bake at 300F for about 50 minutes in a greased 9×6 inch pan. Do not overcook. Cool one hour and cut into squares.
