Cooking Ingredients for Chicken Adobo Recipe

4 5 oz chicken breasts halves
-skinned and boneless
2 lg Crushed cloves of garlic
1 md Onion, chopped
1/2 c Rice vinegar
1/4 c Low sodium soy sauce
2 Bay leaves
1/4 c Water
1 ts Sugar
1/8 ts Fresh black pepper, ground

Chicken Adobo Preparation

1. Rinse chicken pieces and place in large pot. Add all other remaining ingredients, and pour over chicken to cover. Cover the pot and simmer for 1 hour or until the chicken is very tender. Remove the bay leaves and serve with a small amount of marinade.
