1 Broiler/fryer cut up
4 tb Butter (1/2 stick)
1/2 c Honey
1/4 c Prepared mustard
1 ts Salt
1 ts Curry powder

Chicken Diable Preparation

Wash chicken, pat dry. Melt butter in shallow baking pan. Stir in rest of ingredients. Roll chicken pieces in baking mixture to coat both sides. Arrange meaty side up in dish.
