1/3 c Water

Chicken in a Skillet Preparation

In large skillet, heat oil & brown chicken; drain. Add tomatoes & soup mix (blended with the water & reserved liquid). Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
