Cooking Ingredients for Chicken or Beef Marinade Recipe

1-1/2 c Pineapple juice
1/2 c Red wine
1/8 c Soy sauce
1/2 c Vinegar
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 ts Garlic powder

Chicken or Beef Marinade Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Marinate chicken breasts or beef kabobs in liquid overnight. Cook outside on the grill. Onions, bell peppers and mushrooms are especially good marinated for the kabobs.
