Chicken Pita Pockets Preparation

Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the chicken and brown over a moderately high heat. Add the garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, red pepper and onion to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Combine the sauce mix and water. Add to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring, then simmer for 4-6 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Stir occasionally.
