Cooking Ingredients for Chicken Surprise Recipe
4 Chicken breasts skinned* see
-note; boned and split
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
1/2 cn Water
1/4 lb Butter or margarine
2 c Seasoned stuffing mix
4 sl Swiss cheese
Chicken Surprise Preparation
Place chicken in a shallow baking dish. Top each slice of chicken with a slice of cheese. Dilute soup with water and pour over chicken and cheese. Toss stuffing and margarine together. Sprinkle over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 1 and 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
