1/2 ts Chili Powder
Salt And Pepper; to taste
Chopped Green Onion; Nonfat
-Sour Cream
And Shredded Nonfat Cheddar
-Cheese; for garnish

Chili Beans, Border Style Preparation

Sweat onions, garlic and bell pepper in a large pot. Add remaining ingredients except garnish and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onion, nonfat sour cream and shredded nonfat cheddar cheese.
