-margarine; softened
Juice from 1/2 fresh lime;
-or to taste
1-1/2 tb Chili powder
Salt & pepper to taste

Chili-Lime Butter for Corn on the Cob Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and adjust salt and pepper to taste. Shape butter into a rectangle long enough to cover the length of an ear of corn.
