1 c Onion
1 qt Stewed tomatoes
8 oz Tomato sauce
1 c Salsa
1 cn Kidney beans – with juice
1 cn Pinto beans – with juice
1 cn Red beans – with juice
1 cn Great northern beans – with
Juice
1 cn Garbanzo beans – with
Juice
1 cn Blackeyed peas – with
Juice
1 tb Chili powder – or more
1/4 c Cornstarch – optional
Chili/oamc Preparation
Combine all ingredients and freeze. When thawed, simmer over low heat for 35-40 minutes. Per 1/10 portion: (1 1/2 cups) 427 calories, 7 fat grams.
