2 md Zucchini; cut in half

1 pt Cherry tomatoes; quartered
1 md Green bell pepper; chopped
1 md Onion; chopped
1/2 lb Sharp white Cheddar cheese;

1/4 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Cider vinegar
2 tb Sugar
1 ts Dried dillweed
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper
Chilled Summer Salad Preparation
In a large bowl, combine the zucchini, tomatoes, green pepper, onion, and cheese; mix well. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the tomato mixture and toss until well coated. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve. Converted by MC_Buster.
