Cooking Ingredients for Chinese Mayonnaise Recipe
2 tb Vinegar
1 tb Water
1 ts Peanut oil
1/2 c Sesame paste
Salt and pepper
Chinese Mayonnaise Preparation
1. Combine vinegar, cold water and oil, blending well. 2. Gradually stir in sesame paste (see recipe) to blend. Then season with salt and pepper to taste.
