Cooking Ingredients for Chipper Chicken Recipe
1 Chicken; cut in pieces
1/4 c Butter or margarine; melted
1/2 ts Garlic salt
1/2 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper
1 pk Potato chips; finely crushed
Chipper Chicken Preparation
Wash and dry chicken pieces. Dip in mixture of butter and seasonings. Roll in the crushed potato chips. Place pieces, skin side up, without touching, in an oiled shallow pan.
