3 c (18 oz.) semisweet chocolate
-pieces
1 cn Sweetened condensed milk;
-(not evaporated)
1 ds Salt
1 c Chopped walnuts
1/2 c Caramel ice cream topping
1-1/2 ts Vanilla
Chocolate Caramel Fudge Preparation
In saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate pieces with milk and salt. Remove from heat and stir in walnuts, topping and vanilla. Spread evenly into foil-lined 8 or 9” square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut fudge into pieces. Makes about 2 lbs.
