1 c Cottage Cheese
1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Walnuts; chopped
2 Egg Yolks
1 ts Vanilla
8 oz Semisweet Chocolate; melted
1 c Whipping Cream; whipped
2 Egg Whites; stiffly beaten
1 9 Inch Graham Cracker Crumb
-Crust; baked
Whipped Cream And Walnut
-Halves; (Garnish)
Chocolate Cheesecake (4) Preparation
Combine first 5 ingredients in large mixing bowl and beat with electric mixer on high speed until smooth. Add chocolate and blend well. Fold in whipped cream, then egg whites.
